train tracks

I have this thing with train tracks... i love taking shots of geometrical lines that show symmetry. So, I took my wonderful subjects to check out the train tracks near our house. We were literally there for 2 minutes...and I had to show you what came of two curious little boys:) We even got to see the train roll by...

We decided to take a family stroll near downtown and I thought I would bring my camera-of course. The kids loved it-and I loved getting pictures of old buildings-with a little bit of personality:) Hope everyone has a good week!

look at that face! I'm just going to go ahead and say "future model." I got to take a few shots of my niece and this was the darling face she would give me every single time. No smiles, no pouty faces, just the look that would bring any person to say "ahhhh, how cute!"

Introducing Miss Kate! She's the calmest baby I've ever been around! If only we could all have one like this! She got the cuttest smile to go along with those adorable cheeks!!!

I had the chance to go and take pictures of a cute family out on their land...full of farm animals of every kind. My favorite-the bunnies! They're so furry and friendly and very fast I might add. Here are a few shots of the bunnies which I thought would go well with it just being easter and all:)

bluebonnets!

They're here and as beautiful as ever. I got to stop alongside the road... on a whim I might add.....and dragged my boys out of the car for some quick shots of our beautiful texas flower! I think they enjoyed it:)

snow on easter!

What a surprise to see snow in the middle of april! Such a fun sight for all the kids to see as they hunted for easter eggs in a nearby park! People must have thought we were crazy having so much fun out there in the freezing snow! Hope yall had a happy easter and it was shared with your loved ones:)

easter is coming!

Well, we had our first out of 3 easter parties this past weekend! We all met at grandma's house with all the 19 grandkids! (and still more to come) The best part was that we had elmo, spiderman, and hello kitty easter eggs! The kids went nuts when we finally let them out of their cage to go snatch up as many as they could possibly find! What a joy seeing kids laugh and giggle over loads of chocolate candies:)
